Stop By Before You Arrive
No shops near the meeting point
There are no convenience stores, restaurants, or vending machines near the SUP location. Please buy food, drinks, and supplies before arriving.
All shops below are about 10 minutes by car from Sakura no Sato Park.

Before You Book

Participation Requirements
・Minors (under 18) require a parent/guardian’s consent form.
・Children under junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
・We have children’s life jackets available, but we recommend bringing your own well-fitted one.
・Children 11+ must be able to paddle on their own. If not, they can ride tandem with an adult at the child rate.
・Pregnant women, those with epilepsy, and anyone under the influence of alcohol cannot participate.
・No alcohol during the 1-day course (including breaks).
・Those with a history of cardiovascular, cardiac, or psychiatric conditions must provide a doctor’s certificate in advance. Please contact us before booking.
Weather Cancellations
Tours may be canceled due to heavy rain, typhoons, strong winds, or dangerous water conditions.
If canceled, we will call the representative by 6:00 PM the day before.
You can choose to reschedule or cancel (no cancellation fee).
*Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
Cancellation Policy
・1 day before: 50% fee
・Same day: 100% fee
・No-show: 100% fee + future bookings refused
No fee for cancellations due to bad weather or natural disasters.
Late arrival:
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, it will be treated as a no-show (100% fee).
Payment Methods
After submitting the reservation form, we will send you a payment link by email. Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed.
